Either on the pitch or in the sack, Al never misses a chance to tackle a member of the opposite sex. He once had a date with Miss Japan and wept openly when he lost his little black book. Expert at the flick-on, back-heel, nudge-through, tap-in and ”I’ll get me head to that sunshine!” Not bad on the pitch either: he plays, he scores. Got himself in a bit of a pickle by taking a couple of players to his favourite pool frequented by speedo clad hunks. Many rumours followed but no substantial evidence.
