Evans “Gitahi” Kunyuga, the ever-smiling Kenyan dynamo, was a key figure in BFC’s mid-2000s glory years. A versatile midfielder who often lit up the wings or led the line up front, Evans was part of the back-to-back TML1 championship-winning sides in it’s 4th and 5th seasons. Known for his quick feet, infectious energy, and love of rum and late nights, he brought both flair and fun to every match — and every night out. After returning to Kenya, Evans carried the BFC spirit with him, giving a second life to many old BFC kits through charitable use back home. A true BFC legend whose warmth and generosity continue to ripple far beyond Tokyo.
