Garry ‘Gazza’ Robertson, the BFC’s rock-solid right back from the early 2000s, was instrumental in our back-to-back TML championships in the mid-2000s. Known for his ability to ping cross-field balls with precision and for being a wall in defense, Gazza was as reliable on the field as he was at the pub. A few pints never went amiss, and he always brought a smile to the team with his generous nature, infectious laugh, and genuine care for others. Unfortunately, Gazza had to leave Japan around 2012 related to medical and health reasons, but whenever he returns for a visit, he’s like a magnet that unites the BFC family once more
