Player Profile

British Football Club

Graham McNeill

Occupation: Associate Director, Contract Consultancy
Entry to Japan: July 2001 – June 2002
Footballing hero: Brian Laudrup
Supports: Himself; Rangers
How became BFC member: Signed from Hong Kong FC for the price of a pint. Graham actually found the BFC website while still in Hong Kong. He thought he’d contact us to see if we were good enough/well organised enough for him. When he received a reply in less than 5 minutes, he knew it was the Club for him. made his debut in a 5 – 0 win over Mauritizio, scoring his first 2 of many goals for the team.
Most memorable BFC/Vags moments: Scoring the winning goal in the World Motors Cup 2001 with one of his trademark ‘bender’ corners. Also really enjoyed putting one past the Swiss.

This compact Scot really loves to mix it with the big-boys and often can be seen leaving the field dripping with blood. Has his sights set on becoming BFC’s top scorer and has been making valiant progress. We mainly allow him to play coz he’s got a lovely missus Wendy, who often turns out to cheer us on (And berate him every time he misses or ‘forgets’ to pass!)
