Often used as a wide man or defender, Selwyn is still awaiting his chance to play in his natural position as an out and out striker, despite having been with the club since 2009. This sacrifice not only reveals his flexibilty and intelligence, but also his humilty and willingness to do what is right for the team. Sometimes confused for younger brother Duncan when wearing his full Norwich City strip in training  sessions, in more recent years Walshy has demonstrated an uncanny ability to get injured within the first 3 minutes of the game. As a result, he is often compared with Michael Owen on account of his searing pace and dodgy hamstrings. When off the pitch, Selwyn croons melodically alongside his brother Duncan for BFC’s favourite indie band, The Watanabes.
